- What is JioSignage?

  Can I run JioSignage directly on Android TV or Android Tablet?
  - Yes, if you have an Android Smart TV, Android Display or Android Tablet you can directly install the JioSignage app. JioSignage all can be installed on any Android device having OS version 4.0 (Kitkat) and above from google play store.
  What are the hardware requirement for setting up JioSignage?
  - Player Requirement ( Any one of option A or B )
    
    A. Jio Media Player, HDMI Display
    B. Android TV/Android Display/Android Tablet
  JioSignage support offline content playback?
  - Yes, JioSignage player support offline content playback. Content playback will continue playing even there is no internet connectivity for already downloaded and scheduled content.
  JioSignage supports playback of 4K content?
  - Yes, 4K video content playback is supported, provided your display supports 4K content playback
  JioSignage support grouping of display?
  - Yes, grouping of display is supported. with few clicks content can be delivered to all the display of groups instantly.
  Is the application running on launching/ opening of the device ?
  - Relaunch the application. If still not working, repush the schedule .
  Is "No Content Page" currently displayed on the screen ?
  - Repush the schedule. Contact Jio Signage team for further assistance.
  Is the application crashing (opens and suddenly closes) ?
  - Reach out to TV vendor/ Jio customer care
  Is the application showing login page ?
  - Ensure that the updated application is installed on the display device. Clear cache: Settings > Applications > Downloaded > Apps > Clear Data. Relaunch the application. Install the application from relevant source: Android/Windows OS/ Web OS (LG)/ SSSP or Tizen (Samsung).
